I was always reading even as a small child, so everything interested me. The classics in High School brought me to a new genre.

When I went to school, way back when, we weren't required to read any certain book, however we had to read books of our own choosing and write the dreaded book reports after reading them. We visited the school library each week or two and chose the book we wanted to read that week.

ReplyDeleteAh yes the classics! My favourite genre. Funny how many people start hating the classics because some of it is required reading at high school. The exact opposite is true for me (and you). I guess a lot of it has to do with the way the teacher handles it.
